Overview

The Library is the main learning hub for your Users, here is where learners can explore through the Subjects, Trails and Courses that you’ve set up. There are three main tabs, Subjects, Trails and Courses, clicking on any of them will organise the Library by these categories. It’s also possible to use the search bar to find a particular item and you can use the filters to cleverly sort what your Library. 

How do I customise my Library?

1. If you click on the Settings tab in the Bloom side menu and then head to the Library tab you’ll find the Library Settings page.
2. On this page you can choose exactly how your Library will look and feel, being able to change the smallest details such as whether a Like/Bookmark appears on Course items to big changes such as whether Subjects or Trails appear at all in the Library.

Tips and tricks

• You can use the sorts to filter Courses, Trails or Subjects by their completion status. This makes it very quick for a learner to find which content they’ve not yet completed.
• By default Course progress will be displayed using a progress bar, you switch this so that it uses a status icon instead if you want to change the look of your Course cards.
